Stynes, Barrett, Walsh, Denning. Moran, Havican, O'Gonnell, Donovan, Raffer£y<br />

Carroll, Lynch, Grattan and vice-president Crowley.<br />

Reading <strong>of</strong> records commenced; further reading dispensed with<br />

under a suspension <strong>of</strong> the rules and records approved by, yea and nay vote,<br />

Aldermen Gobron, Sherman, Knox, Perry, Pearson, Barrett, Walsh, Denning,<br />

Moran, O'Connell, Rafferty, Carroll, vice-president Crowley and the president<br />

14, voting in the affirmative; Aldermen Elliott, btynes, Havican, Cronin,<br />

Donovan, Lynch and Grattan, 7, being absent at this stage <strong>of</strong> the meeting,<br />

HEARINGS.<br />

Due notice <strong>of</strong> the hearings having been given by the city<br />

clerk in the manner provided by law and provided by ordinance, hearings were<br />

given for all persons desiring to be heard on petitions,<br />

In pursuance <strong>of</strong> an order passed June 12, 1930 a hearing was<br />

given for all persons desiring to be heard j?ej1a,tive to ...contributopyj, pensions<br />

for employees <strong>of</strong> the city <strong>of</strong> <strong>Somerville</strong>, due notice <strong>of</strong> the hearing having<br />

'been given by the city clerk as directed by said order.<br />

James Kenney, Lawrence Howard, representing group <strong>of</strong> employees<br />

affected, George H. Evans, representing Library Trustees, appeared in favor.<br />

In pursuance <strong>of</strong> an order passed June 12, 1930, a hearing was<br />

given for all persons desiring to be heard relative to change <strong>of</strong> zoning 225<br />

Beacon street, due notice <strong>of</strong> the hearing having been given by the city clerk<br />

as directed by said order.<br />

F. Cafasso <strong>of</strong> 10 Mondamin court appeared in objection.<br />

No other persons interested, "appearing and desiring to be<br />

heard, the hearings were closed.
