Aldermen Gobron, Sherman, Knox, Elliott, Perry, Pearson,
Stynes, Barrett, Walsh, Denning, Moran, Havican, O'Connell, Cronin, Donovan
Rafferty, Carroll, Lynch, .Grattan and vice-president Crowley present.
Reading of records commenced; further reading dispensed with
under a suspension of the rules and records approved by yea and nay vote,
Aldermen Sherman, Knox, Elliott, Perry, Pearson, Stynes, Barrett, Walsh,
Denning, Cronin, Donovan, Raffert'y, Carroll-, Lynch, Grattan, vice-president
Crowley and the president, 17, voting in the affirmative, Aldermen Gobron,
Moran, Havican and O'Connell,, 4, being absent at this stage of the meeting-.
JURORS
Venires being received for the drawing of jurors, Aldermen
Knox and Stynes being appointed by the president a committee for that pur-
pose, retired with the city messenger and escorted his honor the mayor into
the presence of the board.
Received a venire for the drawing of four men to serve as
traverse jurors at the Superior.Court to be holden at Cambridge,•the persons
so drawn to appear and attend the first session of said court at Cambridge-
on Monday the seventh day of April 1930 at ten o'clock in the forenoon.

The box containing the names being shaken and the slips or
ballots bearing the names being mixed, Alderman Pearson being designated by
the mayor for that purpose, drew from the box and read aloud names as fol-
lows:
