Received a venire for the drawing <strong>of</strong> three men to serve as<br />

traverse jurors at the Superior Court to be holden at Cambridge, the persons<br />

so drawn to appear and attend the first session <strong>of</strong> said court on Monday, the<br />

fifth day <strong>of</strong> January, 1931 at ten o'clock in the forenoon.<br />

traverse jurors at the Superior COurt to be holden at Cambridge, the persons<br />

so drawn to appear and attend the third session <strong>of</strong> said court on Monday, the<br />

fifth day <strong>of</strong> January, 1931 at ten o'clock in the forenoon.<br />

The slips or ballots bearingtthe names were passed by the<br />

alderman to the president, who verified the names and passed them to the<br />

vice-president, who passed them to the city clerk, who also verified the<br />

names by reading them aloud from said slips or ballots which were then duly<br />

endorsed and returned to the jury box.<br />

Due notice <strong>of</strong> the hearings having been given by the city clerk<br />

in the manner provided by law and provided by ordinance, hearings were given<br />
