The order submitted with the foregoing report is as follows:
Ordered:
In accordance with chapter 455 of 'the Act's of
the Legislature of Massachusetts for the year 1912 Frederick A. Schultz, a
permanent member of the Fire Department, who has performed faithful service
in that department for a period of not less than twenty years, and who is
incapacitated for further useful service in the department, is hereby retired
and placed upon a pension roll to receive as an annual pension a sum equal
to one half of the annual compensation received by him at the time of his re-
tirement, namely $3.00 per day, the expense so incurred to be charged to
Pensions Account. Such retirement to -take effect upon the passage of this or-
der.
