In accordance with chapter 455 <strong>of</strong> 'the Act's <strong>of</strong><br />

the Legislature <strong>of</strong> Massachusetts for the year 1912 Frederick A. Schultz, a<br />

permanent member <strong>of</strong> the Fire Department, who has performed faithful service<br />

in that department for a period <strong>of</strong> not less than twenty years, and who is<br />

incapacitated for further useful service in the department, is hereby retired<br />

and placed upon a pension roll to receive as an annual pension a sum equal<br />

to one half <strong>of</strong> the annual compensation received by him at the time <strong>of</strong> his re-<br />

tirement, namely $3.00 per day, the expense so incurred to be charged to<br />

Pensions Account. Such retirement to -take effect upon the passage <strong>of</strong> this or-<br />

der.<br />
