them aloud from said slips or ballots which were then duly endorsed and. re-<br />

turned to the jury box.<br />

The purpose <strong>of</strong> his presence with the board having been accom-<br />

plished,.his honor the mayor retired escorted by the city messenger and the<br />

committee above named, to wit, Aldermen Knox and Grattan.<br />

Due notice having been given by the city clerk in the manner<br />

For licenses for the storage <strong>of</strong> explosives from,<br />

fetropolitan -ice Co. 521 Washington st.<br />

In the matter <strong>of</strong>•the petition <strong>of</strong> Michele Capodilupo for li-<br />

cense for the storage <strong>of</strong> gasoline 199-201-203 Washington st. J. C. Holt <strong>of</strong><br />

197 Washington st. appeared in objection. Michele Capodilupo, the petitioner<br />

appeared in favor.<br />

In the matter <strong>of</strong> the petition <strong>of</strong> Metropolitan Ice Co. for<br />

storage <strong>of</strong> fuel oil 321 Washington st. Ralph Dente <strong>of</strong> 331 Washington st. ap-<br />

No other persons interested, appearing and desiring to be<br />

heard, the hearings were closed.<br />

In pursuance <strong>of</strong> an order passed January 30, 1930, a hearing<br />

was given for all persons desiring to be heard relative to change <strong>of</strong> zoning<br />

57 Fremont street, due notice <strong>of</strong> the hearing having been given by the city<br />

<strong>of</strong> 36 Fremont st. Michael J. Tarpey <strong>of</strong> 23 Fremont st. Manuel F.'Silveiro<br />

<strong>of</strong> 36 Moreland st. appeared in objection. Fifteen persons raise'd their hands<br />

as appearing in objection. Louis Adams <strong>of</strong> 6 Beacon street, (architect)<br />

<strong>of</strong> 100 Boylston st. and S. Heintzelman the petitioner appeared in favor.<br />
