released from further liability on bond issued to Arthur W. Goodspeed for a
swing arm over the sidewalk at 15 Broadway, said swing arm having been removed
The license issued to Arthur W. Goodspeed for a swing arm at
this location is hereby revoked.
The city clerk is hereby authorized to inform the bonding com-
pany that they are released from further liability.
