Barrett, Walsh, Denning, Moran, Havican, O'Connell, Cronin, Donovan, Rafforty,<br />

Carroll, Lynch and vice-president Crowley present.<br />

Reading <strong>of</strong> records commenced; further reading dispensed with<br />

under a suspension <strong>of</strong> the rules and records approved by yea and nay vote,<br />

Aldermen Sherman, Knox, Elliott, Perry, Pearson, Stynes, Barrett, Walsh,<br />

Moran, Havican, O'Connell, Rafferty, vice-president Crowley and the president<br />

14, voting in the affirmative, Aldermen Gobron, Denning, Cronin, Donovan,<br />

Carroll, Lynch and Grattan, 7, being absent at this stage <strong>of</strong> the meeting.<br />
