1930 was laid on the table, was
Taken from the table on-motion'of .Aid. .Carroll. Question
came on substituting minority report, 6 Aldermen voting in the affirmative^
10 Aldermen voting in the negative, 4 Aldermen being absent, President no1?
voting, and minority report not substituted.. Question then came on accept-
ing majority report. Aid. Walsh invoked Section 15 and further action de-
layed.
