Contract <strong>of</strong> $4,000 for box lunches given to Fltzpatrick<br />

and other-contracts given to firms outside the city without giving <strong>Somerville</strong><br />

"business men a chance to bid.<br />

Information for this Board as to the kind <strong>of</strong> oil -and gravel now being used<br />

by the Street Department for the oiling and sanding <strong>of</strong> streets, also as to<br />

the Kind <strong>of</strong> .oil or Tarvia and sand used by the city In past years and also<br />

the prices paid in past years for oil, Tarvia and sand, and the prices for<br />

oil and gravel this year.<br />
