the date <strong>of</strong> the State Election, November 4, 1930. Such permission to be revo-<br />

cable at the pleasure <strong>of</strong> the Board <strong>of</strong> Aldermen; and said speaking to be under<br />

the supervision <strong>of</strong> the Chief <strong>of</strong> Police. Reasonable notice to be given, in ad-<br />

vance, <strong>of</strong> the time and place <strong>of</strong> speaking, in all cases, to the Chief <strong>of</strong><br />

Police by or in behalf <strong>of</strong> the speaker.<br />
