Permission is hereby granted for public^politi-
cal speaking in the public streets and squares of this_city_ (as a galled to
Union square such speaking to take place in front of the Hill Building)untll
the date of the State Election, November 4, 1930. Such permission to be revo-
cable at the pleasure of the Board of Aldermen; and said speaking to be under
the supervision of the Chief of Police. Reasonable notice to be given, in ad-
vance, of the time and place of speaking, in all cases, to the Chief of
Police by or in behalf of the speaker.
