in at least ten public places in each precinct of such ward, the expense so
incurred to be charged to Board of Election Commissioners account;
The Commissioner of Public Buildings is hereby directed to
cause the said polling places to be provided and suitably prepared for the
purposes of'said primaries, the expense so incurred to be charged to
Election Expenses, Commissioner of Public Buildings account.
