bidder, viz., R. L. Day So-Company, on their bid <strong>of</strong> 102.099 I$1,020.99 for<br />

each $1,000 bond;, the bonds maturing $24,000 annually July 1, 1931-1945 inclusive<br />

and $23,000 annually July 1, 1946-1950 inclusive. The premium received-was<br />
