Ordered:
That' the Detroit, Fidelity and Surety. C.o._. be
released from further liability on the sign permit bond Charles H. Harper
for a metal illuminated sign at 6 Warren avenue, said bonding company having
been replaced by a new bond with the Central Surety and Insurance Corpora-
tion.
The city clerk is hereby instructed to notify the Detroit
Fidelity and Surety Co. that they are released from further liability on the
sign permit bond at 6 Warren avenue Somerville.

That the Indemnity Insurance Company of North
America be released from further liability on the awning pejrmit bond, Delia
L. Morrill for an awning over the sidewalk at 289a Broadway, Somervil1e, said
awning having been taken down.
Broadway is hereby revoked.
License granted to Delia L. Morrill for an awning at 289a
The City Clerk is hereby instructed to notify the said bond-
ing company of their release on the above awning bond.

Alderman Stynes offered the following order,
Ordered:
That the city clerk as clerk of the Board of
Aldermen, is instructed to procure the advance sheets of opinions, Ma_ssachu-
setts Supreme Judicial. Court, from January 1, 1950 to date, and is instructed
to subscribe for this service yearly so that the latest Supreme Court rulings
may be known as soon as possible for the guidance of this Board of Aldermen
in its functions. The expense for this service from January 1, 1930 to and
including September 1931 not to exceed $21.00, said expense to be charged
to Board of Aldermen Expenses Account.
