That' the Detroit, Fidelity and Surety. C.o._. be<br />

released from further liability on the sign permit bond Charles H. Harper<br />

for a metal illuminated sign at 6 Warren avenue, said bonding company having<br />

been replaced by a new bond with the Central Surety and Insurance Corpora-<br />

tion.<br />

The city clerk is hereby instructed to notify the Detroit<br />

Fidelity and Surety Co. that they are released from further liability on the<br />

sign permit bond at 6 Warren avenue <strong>Somerville</strong>.<br />

That the Indemnity Insurance Company <strong>of</strong> North<br />

America be released from further liability on the awning pejrmit bond, Delia<br />

L. Morrill for an awning over the sidewalk at 289a Broadway, Somervil1e, said<br />

awning having been taken down.<br />

Broadway is hereby revoked.<br />

License granted to Delia L. Morrill for an awning at 289a<br />

The <strong>City</strong> Clerk is hereby instructed to notify the said bond-<br />

ing company <strong>of</strong> their release on the above awning bond.<br />

Alderman Stynes <strong>of</strong>fered the following order,<br />

Ordered:<br />

That the city clerk as clerk <strong>of</strong> the Board <strong>of</strong><br />

Aldermen, is instructed to procure the advance sheets <strong>of</strong> opinions, Ma_ssachu-<br />

setts Supreme Judicial. Court, from January 1, 1950 to date, and is instructed<br />

to subscribe for this service yearly so that the latest Supreme Court rulings<br />

may be known as soon as possible for the guidance <strong>of</strong> this Board <strong>of</strong> Aldermen<br />

in its functions. The expense for this service from January 1, 1930 to and<br />

including September 1931 not to exceed $21.00, said expense to be charged<br />

to Board <strong>of</strong> Aldermen Expenses Account.<br />

Read twice and adopted.<br />
