Ij-ghts be installed on Mystic avenue, the exact locations to be determined
by the Commissioner of Electric Lines and Lights, the expense so incurred to

descent lights be installed on High street, the exact locations to be deter-
mined by the Commissioner of Electric Lines and Lights, the expense so in-
