124 Highland avenue, the expense so incurred to be charged to Sidewalk Con-
struction Account.
Read twice and adopted.
Approved by the mayor May 14, 1950.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS.
Order that no more permits be granted for boxing bouts at
Dilboy Field during the ensuing year, which at the meeting of Apr. 24, 1930
further action was delayed under section 13, received action as follows:
Question came on the adoption of the order. Aid. Gobron of-
fered an amendment, "except to those persons or organizations to whom per-
mission has already been granted this year."
Question then came on the adoption of the order with the
amendment. The vote was by roll call, 4 Aldermen voting in the affirmative,
11 Aldermen voting in the negative, and the order was not adopted.
