UNFINISHED BUSINESS<br />

Petition Oscar Perry to move building Putnam st. which at the<br />

meeting-<strong>of</strong> May 29, 1930, was laid on table, was taken froin the table and<br />

question came on granting the permission to move building, Aldermen Gobron,<br />

Sherman, Cronin, Donovan and Lyncji invoked section 15 and further action de-<br />

layed for at least one week.<br />

The president <strong>of</strong>fered the following orders,<br />

The sum <strong>of</strong> $949. Is hereby transferred from<br />

Excess and Deficiency account to Highways Construction, Permanent Pavement<br />

Account, this sum to be in addition to the $30,000. mentioned in the order<br />

<strong>of</strong> May 29, 1930 and making a total $30,949. said total being the amount<br />

required by law to be appropriated in connection with the bond issue for<br />

construction <strong>of</strong> permanent pavement.<br />

Question came on passing the order to its second reading. On<br />

motion <strong>of</strong> Alderman Carr laid on the table until the next meeting.<br />
