Aldermen Gobron, Sherman, Knox, Perry, Pearson, Stynes, Bar-
rett, Walsh, Denning, Moran, Havican, O'Gonnell, Cronin, Donovan, Rafferty,
Carroll, Lynch, Grattan and vice-president Crowley present.
Reading of records commenced; further reading dispensed with
under a suspension of the rules and records approved "by yea and nay vote, Al-
dermen Gobron, Sherman, Knox, Perry, Pearson, Stynes, Walsh, Denning, Havi-
can, Rafferty, Grattan and the president, 12, voting in the affirmative, Al-
dermen Elliott , Barrett, Moran, O'Connell, Cronin, Donovan, Carroll, Lynch,
and vice-president Crowley, 9, being absent at this stage of the meeting.
HEARINGS.
Due notice of the hearings having been given by the city
clerk in the manner provided by law and provided by ordinance, hearings were
given for all persons desiring to be heard on petitions from,
Boston and Maine Kailroad for storage of Maloney Oil, near Centre st.

N In the matter of the petition of the Boston and Maine Rail-
road for license for the storage of Maloney Oil, Albert Perkins of 3 Woodbine
st. Dan Perkins of 3 Woodbine st. Margaret Donovan of 11 Centre at. appeared
in objection. R. McAuley of 1 Boylston st. Boston representing the petitioner

appeared in favor.
In the matter of the petition of George F. Patten for license
for garage 23 brook st. John J. Falvey of 15 Rush st. Delia McGrath of 25
Brook st. Joseph Thornton of 27 Brock st, appeared in objection. Twelve
raised hands as appearing in objection.
No other persons interested, appearing and desiring to be
heard the hearings were closed.
