The president offered the following orders,
Ordered:
That bonds of the city of Somerville be issued
SOUTHERN JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL ADDITIONS ANIL. ALTER ATI ON.S bond s
in the aggregate principal sum of four hundred seventy five thousand (475,000j)
dollars. These bonds may be issued from time to time and to be dated the firs:
secular day of January, April, July or October in the year of their issue and!
made payable in accordance with the provisions of chapter forty-four of the i
General Laws, as amended, the proceeds derived from the sale of the said four
hundred sev'enty-fI've thousand (475,000) dollars of bonds to be used for, and
are hereby appropriated for the construction of additions and alterations to
the existing high school buildings, such additions and alterations to increase
the floor space of said high school buildings.
The treasurer of the city of Somerville with the approval of
the mayor, is hereby authorized to sell said Southern Junior High School Additions
and Alterations bonds at such time or times as in his judgment will
best serve the interests of the city, at not less than par and accrued interest.
