An Ordinance Amending the Building Zone Ordinance,<br />

Be it ordained by the board <strong>of</strong> aldermen <strong>of</strong> the city <strong>of</strong> Somer-<br />

Section 1. The tract <strong>of</strong> land hereinafter described is hereby<br />

removed from a "Residence B. District" and shall hereafter be a "Business<br />

District". A certain tract <strong>of</strong> land on the southeasterly side <strong>of</strong> Fremont<br />

street, being numbered 37 on said street, comprising lots 13 and 15 and con-<br />

taining approximately 12,000 square .feet <strong>of</strong> land.<br />

Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage<br />

Ordinances and Proposed Ordinances in Certain Cities" is hereby accepted,<br />
