An Ordinance Amending the Building Zone Ordinance,
Be it ordained by the board of aldermen of the city of Somer-
Section 1. The tract of land hereinafter described is hereby
removed from a "Residence B. District" and shall hereafter be a "Business
District". A certain tract of land on the southeasterly side of Fremont
street, being numbered 37 on said street, comprising lots 13 and 15 and con-
taining approximately 12,000 square .feet of land.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage
