To the Board <strong>of</strong> Aldermen, Gentlemen: The Committee on Finance, to which waa<br />

referred the communication from His Honor, the Mayor, transmitting estimates <strong>of</strong> and<br />

recommending appropriations for the current financial year, submits the following report<br />

<strong>of</strong> the estimated revenue, and recommends appropriations for the following named<br />
