To the Board of Aldermen, Gentlemen: The Committee on Finance, to which waa
referred the communication from His Honor, the Mayor, transmitting estimates of and
recommending appropriations for the current financial year, submits the following report
of the estimated revenue, and recommends appropriations for the following named
purposes of the sums set down to each, respectively:
