Aldermen u ct. 2, 1930 transferring the Issuing of common victualler licenses
from the Board of Aldermen to the Licensing Commission, said ordinance to
take effect upon Its passage, the clerk of committees Is hereby Instructed
to turn over the petitions now In the Committee on Licenses and Permits to
the said Licensing Commission.

released from further liability on the bond issued to Angelo Rossetti for a

Ordered;
In Connection with chapter 254, General Laws
section. 1, as amended by the acts of 1923 Chapter 413 and Acts of 1924, Chap-
ter 311, which is in part, " a person qualified to vote for representatives
to the General Court shall be liable to serve as a juror, except that the
following persons shall be exempt -- englnemen and members of the fire de-
partment of Boston and all other cities and towns in which such exemption
has -been made by a vote of the city council or the inhabitants of the town,
respectively, be it hereby
Ordered 1
That upon the adoption of this order approved
by the mayor, englnemen and members of the fire department in the city of
Somerville shall be exempt from serving as a juror, and the city clerk is here
by instructed to notify the Board of ^lection Commissioners of this change. •
