Taken from table and question came on accepting report <strong>of</strong><br />

Committee. Report <strong>of</strong> Committee was not accepted. Later on motion <strong>of</strong> Aid. Crow-<br />

ley action reconsidered and on motion <strong>of</strong> Aid,. Stynes petitioner was given<br />

leave to withdraw by a standing vote <strong>of</strong> 13 to 1.<br />
