Gentlemen:<br />

October 23, 1930.<br />

The cost <strong>of</strong> the circular entitled "May_or_!,s_ Me33age_tpJax_P.ay.ers"<br />

which was sent out with the 1930 tax bills was &72.QO for the 16,000 or an<br />

average cost to each tax payer qf^_(.0045) less than 4 a cent.<br />
