I, the undersigned, a member <strong>of</strong> the Committee on Legislative Matters<br />

hereby dissent from the report <strong>of</strong> said committee, submitted this evening,<br />

whereby it recommends the adoption <strong>of</strong> an ordinance relative to notices<br />

<strong>of</strong> hearings, and I respectfully recommend' that such 'ordinance be not adopted.<br />
