I, the undersigned, a member of the Committee on Legislative Matters
hereby dissent from the report of said committee, submitted this evening,
whereby it recommends the adoption of an ordinance relative to notices
of hearings, and I respectfully recommend' that such 'ordinance be not adopted.

ing, whereby it recommends the adoption of a resolution favoring label of
Allied Printing Trades Council on all printing for the city, and I respect-
fully recommend that such resolution be not adopted.
