<strong>Loader</strong>/Splitter for Blackfin Processors<br />

Wait state Specifies the number of wait states for external access (0–15).<br />

The selection is active for ADSP-BF535 processors. For<br />

ADSP-BF531/BF532/<br />

BF533/BF534/BF536/BF537/BF538/BF539/BF561/BF566 processors,<br />

the field is grayed out.<br />

Hold time Specifies the number of the hold time cycles for PROM/flash boot (0–<br />

3).<br />

The selection is active for ADSP-BF535 processors. For<br />

ADSP-BF531/BF532/<br />

BF533/BF534/BF536/BF537/BF538/BF539/BF561/BF566 processors,<br />

the field is grayed out.<br />

Baud rate Specifies a baud rate for SPI booting (500 kHz, 1 MHz, <strong>and</strong> 2 MHz).<br />

The selection is active for ADSP-BF535 processors. For<br />

ADSP-BF531/BF532/<br />

BF533/BF534/BF536/BF537/BF538/BF539/BF561/BF566 processors,<br />

the field is grayed out.<br />

Programmable flag Selects a programmable flag number (from 0 to 15) as strobe. This box<br />

is active if SPI Slave is selected for<br />

ADSP-BF531/BF532/BF533/BF534/BF536/BF537/ BF538/BF539<br />

processors.<br />

Initialization file Directs the loader utility to include the initialization file (Init code).<br />

The Initialization file selection is active for<br />

ADSP-BF531/BF532/BF533, <strong>and</strong> ADSP-BF561 processors. For<br />

ADSP-BF535 processors, the field is grayed out.<br />

Kernel file Specifies the boot kernel file. Can be used to override the default boot<br />

kernel if there is one by default, as on ADSP-BF535 processors.<br />

Output file Names the loader utility’s output file.<br />

Additional options Specifies additional loader switches. You can specify additional input<br />

files for a multi-input system. Type the file names with the paths (they<br />

are not in the current working directory) separated with a space between<br />

two names, <strong>and</strong> the loader utility will retrieve these input files.<br />

Note: The loader utility processes the input files in the order in which<br />

the files appear on the comm<strong>and</strong> line generated form the property page.<br />
