Switch Description<br />

-paddress Specifies the PROM start address. This EPROM address corresponds<br />

to 0x80000 (ADSP-2126x processors) or to 0x90000<br />

(ADSP-2136x/2137x processors). The -p switch starts the<br />

boot-loadable file at the specified address in the EPROM.<br />

If the -p switch does not appear on the comm<strong>and</strong> line, the loader<br />

utility starts the EPROM file at address 0x0.<br />

-proc processor Specifies the processor. This is a m<strong>and</strong>atory switch. The processor<br />

argument is one of the following:<br />

ADSP-21261 ADSP-21262 ADSP-21266<br />

ADSP-21267 ADSP-21362 ADSP-21363<br />

ADSP-21264 ADSP-21365 ADSP-21366<br />

ADSP-21267 ADSP-21368 ADSP-21369<br />

ADSP-21371 ADSP-21375<br />

-retainSecondStageKernel<br />

Directs the loader utility to retain the decompression code in the<br />

memory �at runtime.<br />

The -retainSecondStageKernel switch must be<br />

used with -compression.<br />
