1 INTRODUCTION
The majority of this manual describes the loader utility (or loader) program
as well as the process of loading and splitting, the final phase of the
application development flow.
Most of this chapter applies to all 8-, 16-, and 32-bit data processors.
Information specific to a particular target processor, or to a particular processor
family, is provided in the following chapter.
