INIT_L16 Blocks<br />

For 16-bit initialization blocks, the number of 16-bit words in the block<br />

must be even. If an odd number of 16-bit words is in the block, then the<br />

loader utility adds one additional word (all zeros) to the end of the block,<br />

as shown in Table 5-14. The count stored in the header is the actual number<br />

of 16-bit words. (The count does not include the padded word.)<br />
