Evaluation <strong>and</strong> assessment<br />

Student performance is evaluated through research <strong>and</strong> a f<strong>in</strong>al paper / thesis. The French M<strong>in</strong>istry of<br />

Culture, Pierre Mendès France University of Grenoble, The Institute of Political Sciences of Grenoble,<br />

<strong>and</strong> the Cultural Policies Observatory liaise to organise <strong>and</strong> assess the tra<strong>in</strong><strong>in</strong>g.<br />

Lecturers<br />

The teach<strong>in</strong>g team consists of experts <strong>in</strong> the <strong>cultural</strong> field, researchers, <strong>cultural</strong> managers, artists <strong>and</strong><br />

other decision makers <strong>in</strong> the private <strong>and</strong> public <strong>cultural</strong> arena. The number of teach<strong>in</strong>g personnel is<br />

15, 5 of whom are women. Most of the personnel are visit<strong>in</strong>g. The person responsible for the study<br />

programme is V<strong>in</strong>cent Adelus.<br />

Entry requirements<br />

Applicants should have a university degree (Bac+4). Direct admission may be allowed with<br />

professional experience.<br />

Students are mostly university graduates, from France <strong>and</strong> abroad.<br />

The current number of students is 22.<br />

Course fee<br />

The course fee is EUR 4,223 for the whole post-graduate tra<strong>in</strong><strong>in</strong>g <strong>and</strong> the university subscription per<br />

participant.<br />

Grants or other f<strong>in</strong>ancial support<br />

The <strong>in</strong>stitution receives public fund<strong>in</strong>g from the M<strong>in</strong>istry of Culture, the University, also private fund<strong>in</strong>g<br />

from private employers (e.g. associations) <strong>and</strong> tra<strong>in</strong><strong>in</strong>g funds (Fonds d’assurance formation).<br />

The participants have to be supported by their employers (private or public). One or two foreign<br />

professionals may be admitted as students under the same conditions.<br />
