The arts <strong>in</strong>dustries are an important <strong>and</strong> exp<strong>and</strong><strong>in</strong>g sector of the economy currently employ<strong>in</strong>g more<br />

than half a million people. Exp<strong>and</strong><strong>in</strong>g or diversify<strong>in</strong>g organisations put new stresses <strong>and</strong> stra<strong>in</strong>s on<br />
