EUCLID are also the official EC Cultural Contact Po<strong>in</strong>t <strong>in</strong> the UK for Culture 2000, provid<strong>in</strong>g support<br />

<strong>and</strong> assistance for potential applicants to this programme, <strong>and</strong> guidance on other EU fund<strong>in</strong>g<br />

opportunities for the <strong>cultural</strong> sector.<br />

Content<br />

CULTURE EURO - sem<strong>in</strong>ar<br />

The sem<strong>in</strong>ars last one day <strong>and</strong> cover fund<strong>in</strong>g opportunities from the EU (Structural Funds,<br />

Transnational Funds). The ma<strong>in</strong> fields for tra<strong>in</strong><strong>in</strong>g are <strong>in</strong>ternational <strong>cultural</strong> cooperation <strong>and</strong> <strong>cultural</strong><br />

<strong>policy</strong>. Upcom<strong>in</strong>g sem<strong>in</strong>ars will focus on the English regions, Scotl<strong>and</strong>, Wales <strong>and</strong> Northern Irel<strong>and</strong>.<br />

There is no deadl<strong>in</strong>e for the sem<strong>in</strong>ar.<br />

CULTURE EURO - workshop<br />

The workshops last half a day <strong>and</strong> focus on how to make a Culture 2000 application. The ma<strong>in</strong> fields<br />

of tra<strong>in</strong><strong>in</strong>g are <strong>in</strong>ternational <strong>cultural</strong> cooperation <strong>and</strong> <strong>cultural</strong> <strong>policy</strong>. Upcom<strong>in</strong>g workshops will focus on<br />
