Content<br />

The programme focuses on the <strong>cultural</strong> relationships between tourists <strong>and</strong> host communities <strong>and</strong> the<br />

social <strong>and</strong> economic <strong>in</strong>tersections between tourist <strong>and</strong> leisure activities. It has been designed to<br />

provide future <strong>and</strong> exist<strong>in</strong>g managers, executives <strong>and</strong> other professionals with an underst<strong>and</strong><strong>in</strong>g of<br />

the important relationships <strong>in</strong>volved <strong>in</strong> modern leisure activities. It is particularly suitable for those<br />

who wish to develop careers <strong>in</strong> visitor attractions <strong>and</strong> heritage <strong>management</strong> <strong>in</strong> the public or private<br />

sectors.<br />
