The number of teach<strong>in</strong>g personnel is 40, 10 of whom are women. Four are permanent <strong>and</strong> 36 are<br />

visit<strong>in</strong>g. The person responsible for the study programmes is Prof. Dr Matthias Theodor Vogt.<br />

Entry requirements<br />

Bachelor programme:<br />

Applicants should have A-level equivalent to German st<strong>and</strong>ards, German language certificate <strong>and</strong><br />

artistic experience.<br />

Master’s programme:<br />

Applicants should have a bachelor’s diploma, a master’s or Vordiplom/Zwischenprüfung, a German<br />

language certificate <strong>and</strong> artistic experience.<br />

Collegium Pontes Görlitz, PhD-Programme Cultural Policy, <strong>cultural</strong> economics:<br />

Applicants should have a university degree, a German language certificate <strong>and</strong> artistic experience.<br />

Student profile<br />

The age range of students <strong>in</strong> the bachelor programme is between 18 <strong>and</strong> 28; <strong>in</strong> the master’s<br />

programme, it is between 23 <strong>and</strong> 30. Students are from Germany <strong>and</strong> abroad.<br />

Number of students admitted<br />

Bachelor/Master <strong>in</strong> UNESCO-Studiengang Kultur und Management- 30 per year <strong>in</strong>to each of the<br />

programmes.<br />

students is 20.<br />

None.<br />

Grants or other f<strong>in</strong>ancial support<br />

German students can receive BAFÖG from German government. The possibility exists for foreign<br />

students to receive support from DAAD (more <strong>in</strong>formation available at www.daad.de).<br />
