To educate outstanding arts managers who will be able to manage art institutions of all kinds.
Duration
4 semesters / 2 years.
Content
The main subjects in the postgraduate programme are:
1) Economics and law;
2) Policy, administration and organisation;
3) Communication and cooperation; and
4) Education and career.
Internships as well as projects are required. The teaching language is German. The deadline for
application is 1 June every year.
Lecturers
There are 16 honorary professors (part-time) and around 30 guest speakers per semester. The person
responsible for the programme is Prof. Dr Friedrich Loock.

Bachelor’s degree or German ‘diploma’.
Number of students admitted
Approximately 25 per course.
