To educate outst<strong>and</strong><strong>in</strong>g arts managers who will be able to manage art <strong>in</strong>stitutions of all k<strong>in</strong>ds.<br />

Duration<br />

4 semesters / 2 years.<br />

Content<br />

The ma<strong>in</strong> subjects <strong>in</strong> the postgraduate programme are:<br />

1) Economics <strong>and</strong> law;<br />

2) Policy, adm<strong>in</strong>istration <strong>and</strong> organisation;<br />

3) Communication <strong>and</strong> cooperation; <strong>and</strong><br />

4) Education <strong>and</strong> career.<br />

Internships as well as projects are required. The teach<strong>in</strong>g language is German. The deadl<strong>in</strong>e for<br />

application is 1 June every year.<br />

Lecturers<br />

There are 16 honorary professors (part-time) <strong>and</strong> around 30 guest speakers per semester. The person<br />

responsible for the programme is Prof. Dr Friedrich Loock.<br />
