The Company, which was founded in 1997, offers services (consultancy, coaching, training & teaching)
to individuals, nonprofits and for-profit organisations with the aim of establishing structures and
conditions that can be used by arts and cultural organisations as a basis for realising their ideas.
During the last few years the Company has offered programmes on financial sources for cultural
projects, and European Union funding of culture and cultural projects. For information on future

Background, orientation and purpose
The goal of the master’s program is to train participants to become experts in handling international
and intercultural challenges. Participants will learn the necessary facts, tools and strategies needed to
work with other cultures. Through intercultural, interdisciplinary and creative thinking, they will
acquire the skills for realizing their own personal and career goals in the key areas of business,
administration and nonprofit work.
