IMBULAMBETHE YOMPHATHISWA WEPHONDO<br />

Ndinethemba lokuba esi siCwangciso seNtsebenzo yoNyaka (APP) singqinelana kakhulu nezicwangciso zikazwelonke<br />

nezephondo kunye neziphumo zazo.<br />

Kunyaka ophelileyo, izikolo eNtshona Koloni zabaneziphumo zematriki ezihle kakhulu nesinebhongo ngazo. Kodwa ke<br />

sinako ukuziphucula ezi ziphumo kwaye masenze ngaphezu koku. Asinakuze sonwabe sinenqanaba lokuphumelela<br />

kwabafundi imatriki bafumane izatifikethi zokudlulela phambili (endorsement rate) elingu-13.53% kuphela kubafundi bethu<br />

2. Ukumisela iithagethi: Ekupheleni kukaMatshi 2007 isikolo esiphakamileyo ngasinye kwiphondo, kuza kufuneka simisele<br />

ithagethi yokupasa kwesikolo siphela, ithagethi yokuPasa iMatriki kufunyanwe izatifikethi zematriki zokudlulela phambili<br />

neethagethi ze-Maths/Science ngo-2007. Ezi thagethi mazisayinwe njengezamkelweyo liBhunga loLawulo leSikolo<br />

3. Ukomeleza ngamandla isiseko sethu sisinabise : makusetyenzwe ngamandla ukuphucula ulwazi lokufunda<br />

nokubhala nolokubala kumfundi wonke. Enye into ecace gca apha kum kukuba asinako ukusuka nje sikhangele izinto<br />

eziyingxaki kwizikolo zethu eziphakamileyo. Kufuneka sisebenza ngamandla kwizikolo zethu zaseprayimari kwangokunjalo.<br />

4. Ukwenza izikolo zethu zibe likhaya elikhuselekileyo lokufunda lomntu wonke. Omnye umba oye wachaphazela<br />

izikolo zethu ngokugqithisileyo kulo nyaka nakwiminyaka engaphambili, linqanaba lobundlobongela ngaphakathi<br />

nakwindawo engqonge isikolo, kwakunye nokuziphatha ndlongo-ndlongo kwabafundi. Siza kuqalisa ngephulo lobambiswano<br />

6. Ukuqubisana nemeko ekwizikolo eziyi-34 ezisenentsebenzo engaphantsi kwe-60%. Ukuba Iqhayiya Secondary<br />

School eKhayelitsha ingafikelela kwinqanaba elincomekayo lokupasa elingu-94% ku-2006 ukusuka ku-39% kunyaka<br />

obengaphambi koku, ngokucacileyo kufuneka silujongisise olu hlobo lwempumelelo, size sizame senze ngokufanayo kuyo<br />

yonke inkqubo yemfundo.<br />

Ezinye iiprojekthi eziphambili zeSebe leMfundo leNtshona Koloni (WCED) kulo nyaka, zibandakanya ukuphunyezwa<br />

kwesigaba sokuqala sokuhlenga-hlengiswa kwesebe, ukuqulunqwa kweminye imigaqo-nkqubo ephambili, ukwenziwa<br />

kwezicwangciso zengingqi zamalungiselelo okubonelela amancedo ezemfundo; ukwenziwa nokuqaliswa kwenyathelo<br />

lemivuzo ephuculweyo yeenqununu nokuphucula inkxaso kwezolawulo ezikolweni.<br />

ISebe leMfundo labelwe esona sabelo sikhulu i-37% kwibhajethi iyonke ngo-2007/2008, ekuye kwagxininiswa kuphuhliso<br />
