NOW, THEREFORE, I Robert L. Fish, Chairman of the Saginaw
County Board of Commissioners do hereby proclaim April as: CHILD
ABUSE PREVENTION MONTH and the fourth Friday of April as:
CHILDREN'S MEMORIAL DAY in the in the County of Saginaw and in
doing so announce that the Children's Memorial Flag will be flown
on April 27 in remembrance of those whose young lives were cut
short by senseless violence.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused
the seal of the County of Saginaw to be affixed this 27th day of
March in the year of Our Lord two thousand and one.

At 5:08 p.m., Chair Fish gave the second call of the Public
Hearing being held on the Brownfield Redevelopment Plan for
Tuscarora, Inc. located in Chesaning. He called for comments
three consecutive times. There were none. He announced the
hearing would remain open.
