FROM: COMMITTEE ON APPROPRIATIONS -- 4.4 DECEMBER 11, 2001
Your Labor Relations Subcommittee considered communication no. 12-
11-27 from Amy J. Deford, Retirement Administrator asking the
Board to certify MERS changes for Saginaw County District Court
Probation Officers from F50/25 to 25 years of service. The
contract was ratified and approved by the Board at the November
session.
We concur and under the proper order of business the appropriate
resolution will be submitted.
