NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the Saginaw County Board
of Commissioners join the community in congratulating each of the
young women who have participated in the 2001 Sister '2' Sister
Program - Spirit of Excellence Scholarship Pageant.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this expression of recognition
be spread upon the minutes of the September 18, 2001 meeting as a
permanent record and duly inscribed upon parchment and presented
to each of them.
