FROM: EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE -- 4.1 JUNE 26, 2001
Your Executive Committee considered communication no. 6-26-38 from
Marc A. McGill, Controller/CAO sending a recommendation relating
to the safety and security within Saginaw County governmental
facilities.
The purpose is to ensure the understanding of the continued
security practices within Saginaw County buildings and
specifically the Saginaw County Governmental Center, the Juvenile
Court Facility and all annexes and parts connected to each
facility. The Chief Judges of the Saginaw County Courts, Sheriff,
Controller and Board of Commissioners supports the recommendation.
Under the proper order of business the appropriate resolution will
be presented.
