Commissioner Mallette announced he would be presenting two<br />

resolutions of recognition at a special ceremony being held this<br />

evening in Carrollton. One would be presented to Bryan Otto, 1st<br />

year State Wrestling Qualifier; and, the other to the Carrollton<br />

Cavaliers Boys Basketball Team, <strong>2001</strong> District and Regional<br />

Champions.<br />
