RESOLUTION C OCTOBER 16, 2001
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, That the Saginaw County Board of
Commissioners authorizes the Chairman of the Board, the County
Controller, and County Civil Counsel to execute the Quit Claim
Deed from the City of Saginaw to the County of Saginaw, the Real
Estate Purchase Agreement dated October 5, 2001, and the Deed
Escrow Agreement necessary to effectuate the transfer of the
building formerly known to be the Civic Center and Parking Lot 2
and all easement thereto.

Your committee has considered communication 8-14-9 from Barry
Dickston, Executive Director, Saginaw County Convention & Visitors
Bureau sending a copy of the Bureau's 2000/01 revised budget. We
met with Mr. Dickston who informed us the revisions include
adjusted amounts that have been disbursed to the various Chambers
of Commerce and Convention Bureaus in the County.
It is the recommendation of your committee to accept the revised
budget for the Saginaw County Convention & Visitor's Bureau for FY
2000/2001 as submitted by the Bureau.
