his opinion that the position in Community Corrections should<br />

not be filled. Discussion ensued. Motion to approve 3.2,<br />

Basil & Horn voted nay, carried. It was noted that Budget<br />

Audit will be reviewing all Departments and the number of<br />

employees they have. Motion to approve 3.3, Horn, Basil,<br />

Hare, Wurtzel, Collison & Bartels voted nay, carried.<br />

Your committee has considered communication 10-16-19 from the<br />

<strong>Saginaw</strong> Midland Bay Job Training Consortium Board asking <strong>Saginaw</strong><br />

<strong>County</strong> to accept or reject <strong>Saginaw</strong> Valley Regional 4C, and <strong>Saginaw</strong><br />

<strong>County</strong> Friend of the Court to provide Work First services for the<br />

program year October 1, <strong>2001</strong> through September 30, 2002.<br />

It is the recommendation of your committee to accept the proposed<br />

contractors as requested by the <strong>Saginaw</strong> Midland Bay Job Training<br />

Consortium Board.<br />
