PUBLIC WORKS COMMISSIONER
COUNTY OF SAGINAW
ORDER APPROVING REVISED PAYMENT SCHEDULE AND
RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF SAME TO BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
WHEREAS, the County of Saginaw (the “County”) issued the
Saginaw County – Carrollton Township 1998 Water System Improvement
Bond (the “Bond”) on July 2, 1998 in the aggregate principal
amount of $2,165,000;
WHEREAS, it now appears that the County does not need the
full amount of the Bond and wishes to approve a reduction in the
aggregate amount of the Bond;
WHEREAS, the Michigan Municipal Bond Authority has prepared a
revised payment schedule (the “Revised Payment Schedule”) for the
Bond which is attached hereto as Exhibit 1.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows:
1. I approve the Revised Payment Schedule attached hereto
as Exhibit 1 and I shall transmit a copy of the same to the
Saginaw County Board of Commissioners for its approval.
2. All orders, and parts of orders, insofar as they
conflict with the foregoing order, are hereby rescinded.
