Board of Commissioners November 13, 2001
2. The question of detachment be submitted to the qualified
electors of the City of Zilwaukee and Township of Zilwaukee on
January 22, 2002.
3. The area proposed for detachment is described as attached
on exhibit A.
4. Within three days after passage of the resolution, the
Saginaw County Clerk shall send a certified copy of the resolution
to the Zilwaukee City Clerk and the Zilwaukee Township Clerk as
required by the Home Rule Cities Act.

At a regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the
County of Saginaw, State of Michigan, held on the 13 th day of
November, 2001, at 5 p.m., Eastern Standard Time.
