The Project site will be accessible by a planned permanent routethat begins at km 215 of Highway 37 which extends to the Bowser Transfer Station. Atthe Bowser Transfer Station, all equipment and supplies will be transferred onto a Huskytrackedvehicle for transport to the mine site. The access route is subject to avalanche risk and extreme winter weather. To avoid mineproduction interruptions, a one-week supply of propane capable of supporting a constantair temperature of -25°C should be maintained on site. This equates to a tank farm offour 45,000 L tanks. The propane delivery strategy to site is as follows:• An 18,000 L propane delivery truck drives from Terrace, BC to the BowserTransfer Station.• The truck will transfer its load into a 24,000 L tank. The ISO tanks will bemodularized and skid mounted, and sized to meet the footprints and weightscapable of being transported on the tracked vehicles.• At the mine site, the tanks will transfer propane into the site tank farm.• The tanks will supply propane to the heaters by means of a buried pipeline. The frequency of propane delivery is dependent upon the air temperature and airflowvolume required for the mine.
