Bonding or securityamounts generally increase as disturbance and infrastructure increase such that, if theProject is stopped, there will be sufficient funds to close the Project according to thereclamation and closure plan.The construction period for the Project will be between 18 and 24 months, at whichstage, the portals will be installed as well as the mill and other structures. As no increasein disturbance above-ground and no additional infrastructure will be developed duringthe operations stage, the amount of the security amount should be close to the maximumamount by the end of the construction period. As there will be little opportunity toprogressively close and reclaim the Project areas during the operations stage, themaximum security amount will be held by the MEMNG until the end of operations.
