19.0 MARKET STUDIES AND CONTRACTS19.1 MARKETSThe final products that will be produced at Brucejack will be gold <strong>and</strong> silver doré <strong>and</strong> agold-silver flotation concentrate. The gold <strong>and</strong> silver doré will likely be transported to aNorth American-based precious metals refinery or sold to precious metals traders, mostlikely located in Asia, Europe, <strong>and</strong> North America. The flotation concentrate, will likely besold to a base metal smelter or metal traders. Based on the LOM average, the gold-silverflotation concentrate is expected to contain approximately 130 g/t gold <strong>and</strong> 1,000 g/tsilver.19.2 SMELTER TERMS<strong>Pretivm</strong> contacted the metal trader Transamine for information regarding concentratesales, <strong>and</strong> subsequently received indicative smelting terms based on the assay data ofthe concentrate that was produced from the 2012 test work. According to the termsreceived from Transamine, it is anticipated that the concentrate will be trucked toTerrace, BC, <strong>and</strong> then transported by rail to a smelter in eastern Canada.Tetra Tech recommends conducting further marketing studies for shipping concentrate tosmelters located in Asia for a potential reduction in the shipping costs.19.3 LOGISTICS PLAN19.3.1 EQUIPMENT AND MATERIALS TRANSPORTATIONA major logistical initiative is required during the construction phase of the Project as alarge amount of mining, construction <strong>and</strong> processing equipment, <strong>and</strong> consumables willbe transported to the site. The costs <strong>and</strong> preferred modes of transport will be dependentupon the size <strong>and</strong> weight of the cargo <strong>and</strong> the origins of the shipping locations.
