23.2 HIGH PROPERTYThe Teuton Resources Corporation (Teuton) High Property is located immediately to thesouth of the Brucejack Property. Teuton conducted limited preliminary exploration of theHigh Property in 2011 and 2012, including prospecting, collection of surface grabsamples, and drilling. Results posted on Teuton’s website (www.teuton.com) indicate thepresence of porphyry-style gold and base metal sulphide mineralization on the HighProperty. A single drillhole through a hypabyssal porphyry body was reported asintersecting 222 m of 0.88 g/t Au (in the King Tut Zone).The QP for this section of the report has not verified the information concerning the HighProperty, and the information is not necessarily indicative of the mineralization at theBrucejack Project.23.3 TREATY CREEK PROPERTYThe Treaty Creek Property, the title for which is currently under litigation (www.teuton.comand www.americancreek.com) adjoins directly northeast of the Seabridge Gold’s KSMgold-copper property and is underlain by a similar geology. Exploration work uncoveredseveral zones, the most promising of which are the Copper Belle (porphyry-style), GR2(feeder zone to a volcanogenic massive sulphide (VMS)), Eureka (porphyry-style with agold-silver epithermal overprint), and Treaty Ridge (VMS/Sedex?) zones.The QP for this section of the report has not verified the information concerning theTreaty Creek Property, and the information is not necessarily indicative of themineralization at the Brucejack Project.Pretium Resources Inc. 23-3 1291990200-REP-R0012-02Feasibility Study and Technical Report on the BrucejackProject, Stewart, BC
