P&E <strong>and</strong> Snowden have relied upon this publicinformation, as well as information from <strong>Pretivm</strong>, <strong>and</strong> have not undertaken anindependent verification of title <strong>and</strong> ownership of the Property claims.A legal l<strong>and</strong> survey of the claims has not been undertaken.There are no annual holding costs for any of the six mineral claims at this time, as theclaims are paid up until January 31, 2024.The majority of the Property falls within the boundaries of the Cassiar-Iskut-Stikine L<strong>and</strong><strong>and</strong> Resource Management Plan (LRMP) area, with only a minor south-eastern segmentof Mineral Claim No. 509506 falling outside this area.
